A Humorous Note About A Restaurant Being Open On Thanksgiving
I know that in our mind we always see those happy Pilgrim pictures of the families and Native Americans sitting down for Thanksgiving Feast. They are serene and picturesque, frozen in time. But someone had to prepare that meal. I don’t see galleries of families in the kitchen working their tail off. It must have been exhausting. Happily The Jolly Roger Thanksgiving ends that part of the tradition as the whole family can sit down without mountains of work.
