It is time to the celebrate the 4th Of July in the Outer Banks. And what is a hallmark of commemorating this great holiday? You guessed it…
Fireworks
Fireworks: The Outer Banks Is The Perfect Place
And no place is designed more perfectly for fireworks displays than the Outer Banks. Without mountains and high rises visibility goes on for miles. On top of that you have sandy beaches offering the perfect launch point for pyrotechnics. And the ocean is a perfect place to launch them into, offering masses of water to extinguish any flaming object in a manner of seconds. So why not leave it to the professionals.
Outer Banks Fireworks Display
You can enjoy Outer Banks Fireworks in Kill Devil Hills at the Avalon Pier on July 4th At Dark. The specific location is 2111 Virginia Dare Trail, in Kill Devil Hills (Milepost 6). If it is a rainy Independence Day in the OBX, fireworks will be on July 5th. You can enjoy them in the night sky from a multitude of vantage points from upper decks to the beachfront.
